Description: The eastern beach on Fraser Island. 4WDing is allowed from the southern tip up the length of the beach almost to the northern tip.

Notes: Make sure your car has sufficient lift to get through deep sand, especially if you intend to travel any of the inland tracks.

I just wish people would follow the rules of beach driving, use their indicators and not speed, 70-80 kph maximum is all you need to do. February 14, 2010 The Entry has been updated in the meantime!
